เรื่องย่อ

Kate Beckinsale ที่เคยแสดงนำในเรื่อง Underworld สองภาคก่อน ก็จะกลับมารับบทเป็นแวมไพร์ Selene อีกครั้ง โดยในภาคนี้แวมไพร์ Selene จะหลุดจากการถูกกักขังออกมาพบกับโลกใหม่ที่มนุษย์ค้นพบการมีอยู่ของทั้งแวมไพร์และไลแคน และยังหาทางกำจัดสายพันธุ์แวมไพร์และไลแคนอีกด้วย

When human forces discover the existence of the Vampire and Lycan clans, a war to eradicate both species commences. The vampire warrioress Selene leads the battle against humankind.
